The latest National Grid consultation, which launched yesterday , will head out into towns and villages along the proposed 33-mile route from Cefn Coch to Lower Frankton, near Oswestry. Campaigners are calling on National Grid to put the line underground as is the plan for the section running through the Meifod Valley.
