'Town drunk' groped two 13-year-old girls in the street in Denbigh

A MAN, who regarded himself as the town drunk of Denbigh, groped two 13-year-old girls in the street. Trystan Evans, aged 25, was said to be so drunk, and possibly affected by drugs, that he could not recall doing it.
