Floods of cheap inking kits coming in from China are making for lucrative business for unlicensed tattooists, but people are contracting life-threatening diseases, suffering allergic reactions and being left with terrible scars. In Denbighshire , five warrants have been issued to environmental enforcement teams to raid parlours that are operating outside the law.
