The brothers were described as being part of an organised crime group within the traveller community and were jailed for a total of 12 years and six months in prison. Hughie Collins, 46, of no fixed abode, and his 34-year-old brother Terrence, of Church Street in Briton Ferry, were accused of working in an organised and sophisticated manner to approach their victims with the promise of various agricultural equipment or services which were never delivered, in return for cash or blank cheques.
