Concerns over new zebra crossing at Ffordd Las Rhyl

Former councillor and mayor of Rhyl, Diana Hannam, who has lived on Ffordd Las since 1989, has said that at least 20 per cent of drivers are not stopping at the crossing. She said: "About 80 per cent of the drivers are stopping at the crossing, the responsible ones, but 20 per cent are not.
