LEADERS of a thriving Rhyl church have revived their plans for a1.5million development two years after they were rejected by Denbighshire CountyCouncil. The Wellspring Christian Centre has outgrown its current base in a former chapel in Vale Road and wants to build a new complex on the site formerly occupied by Thorpe Engineering and Design in the town's Ffordd Derwen.
