AN APPEAL has been launched for information on the whereabouts of an ex-Welsh Guardsman from Prestatyn who has not been seen since Saturday night. Mark Paterson, who suffers from post-traumatic stress disorder, was last seen on Saturday June 20 at 8.30pm when he was dropped off at Morrisons car park in Rhyl by his father.
