Matthew Jones, of Johnstown, died on November 1 last year after attending a Halloween party at the Academy Skatepark on Rednal Industrial Estate in Oswestry. Earlier this year, friends and family unveiled a tribute to the apprentice plumber, known as Matty, who was also a keen footballer in the area.
