A VAN driver failed to stop after reversing into a 12-year-old girl in Rhyl. North Wales Police are appealing for witnesses following the road traffic collision, in which the driver failed to stop, at the junction of Ffordd Derwen and Cefndy Road shortly after 8am on Thursday.
